During the normal operations window on Sunday, April 12, 2020, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on the system. This scheduled maintenance will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will NOT affect your connectivity to either the website or the call-in lines. Maintenance was completed at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. All services are in operation. As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread, we have activated additional services and promoting existing communication tools to help our clients manage business and health and safety challenges. To help you get information out to your employees, we have activated SMS Broadcast for all of our clients. SMS Broadcast is normally a paid service, but we are providing it at no cost to all clients through June 30, 2020. Clients already using SMS Broadcast will not be billed for it during this serious and extraordinary time. SMS Broadcast allows you to send SMS/text messages to employees’ mobile phones. Note that an employee has to opt-in to the service and their cell phone must be listed on their AMS system record. Once employees have opted-in, administrators can use the SMS Broadcast feature to send SMS/text messages. We have updated the service to allow sending SMS Messages to certain numbers or groups of employees. To continue the communication with the employees, we can forward any received SMS messages from the 800 number to designated people. Please let us know if you which to receive these incoming SMS Messages. http://cagrus.info/sms Additionally, we are reminding each client that they have a feature available to provide information to employees. Broadcast Messaging allows you to create a spoken message for employees calling into the AMS System. It is played at the start of the call. We have also added Text To Speech option to speak the broadcast message to the callers.
