Resolved — Cingular Wireless has been fixed based on our testing and confirmation from the cell phone provider. We will continue to monitor but believe Cingular and AT&T have made the required changes to the network to allow the 800 numbers to connect. If you have any issues, please provide us the Cell Number, Provider and city/state you are calling from, the 800 number you called, the message you received and date and time. That will help us determine where issues may be. if there are any questions or concerns please contact support at support@cagrus.com

Identified — We are experiencing a service disruption impacting the 800 numbers for certain cell phone providers. This appears to be a global 800 number issue with AT&T and Cricket Wireless. Providers like Verizon are able to connect to the service successfully. We are actively working on resolving this problem with our providers and we will post updates as they become available.
